This video is brilliant – the production, the shots, the story, the adventure!
For those who do not know, the Fish River Canyon is supposed to be a 5 day hike – watch the video to see how fast Ryan Sandes takes to complete it – unbelievable.
But what i like most about this video is the inspiration and the parallels hidden in an entrepreneurial life. I am not writing more to try and explain this. Watch the video, be amazed, be inspired, then do something irrational.
Generally we question ourselves and feel we need to be rational, instead of doing something for pure enjoyment and excitement
Which footprints do you follow? Or do you make your own path?
This all tied in very nicely with the following tweet i saw yesterday:
Entrepreneur: Someone who plummets headfirst into the void with a smile on their face.

I think growing up you are told you must be rational. To do something for pure enjoyment and excitement, well that’s just “irrational”, not?
How weird is it that something so obvious has become irrational! 😀
